Returns Policy

The happiness of our customers is our highest priority – we want you to be 100% happy with your product. Get in contact with us if there is a problem and we promise that we will do everything we can to sort out whatever it may be.

Personalised wall murals are non-returnable as they have been specifically tailored to your needs. However, if there is a fault on arrival of a mural do contact us straight away to tell us and we can try our best to resolve the issue.

Please note we are not liable if your wall has not been measured properly or if you make a mistake whilst installing your mural. Unfortunately, we can only work to the criteria specified when placing your order and cannot accept any responsibility once the wall mural has been installed. If you have damaged one specific drop/panel and would like to reorder that exact section – we can send out a replacement panel but this would be charged.

All our other products are eligible for return. If you would like a refund then please email us straight away and we will give you a return code for you to print out. You will be asked to send your product back to us in the original packaging and note down your name, address and return code inside the packaging. Once we get your product back the refund will be completed within 10 days to the credit/debit card you used to make your purchase. For a return, you must send your product back to us within 14 days of the receipt.
